Ingredients
Procedures1. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add the shrimp to the wok and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the wok and set aside. 4. In the same wok, pour in the all-purpose cream and bring it to a simmer. 5. Gradually stir in the grated queso de bola, allowing it to melt into the cream and thicken the sauce. 6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Once the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency, add the cooked spaghetti and shrimp back to the wok. Toss everything together until the pasta and shrimp are evenly coated with the Alfredo sauce.

AuthorI'm not a writer nor a blogger, and definitely not a chef. I enjoy cooking using the recipes available on the internet. But I don't follow the recipes strictly. I often make some modifications, either to the ingredients, procedures, or both. I created this blog to keep a record of the recipes I try and share my cooking experience. I also prepare the menu for the week and the shopping list. I am sharing these with you, too, as you may find them helpful. Archives
